Hankook Ventus Prime 3 won “AutoBild” summer tyres test

Recent summer tyres test, held by the prestigious German magazine “AutoBild”, throws a light on to the performance of all popular tyres in the most standard size 205/55R16. Тhree main factors serve as base for the final assessment: security, costs and driving pleasure. 

50 tyres went through wet and dry braking tests. The first 15 of them were marked as “shortest braking distance” and went to the second round for various tests with VW Golf. 

The new Hankook Ventus Prime 3 summer tyre achieved significant success and was classified as the winner in the test for “best results on dry and wet surface, good price-quality ratio, precise driving, dynamic working characteristics, short brake distance on wet and dry surface and good mileage”. 

Pirelli Cinturato P7 Blue, Continental Premium Contact 5, Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance and Dunlop Sport Blue Response took leading places in “Impressive performance on a fair price and a pinch of fun” class.
