With Primex Responsibility we undertake within 12 months to repair or replace a tire that has suffered damage as a result of hitting a kerb, pavement or wall or as a result of falling into potholes on the road or as a result of penetration by nails, glass or another foreign body or as a result of other road hazards, upon payment by the customer of the relevant fee.

Primex Resonsibility gives our customers additional protection for the tires they purchase beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Primex Responsibility is available locally in all Primex locations at prices from:

• 4.50 € / 8.80 BGN per tire when purchasing a tire priced up to 99.99 € / 195.56 BGN;
• 7.50 € / 14.67 BGN per tire when purchasing a tire priced from 100 € / 195.58 BGN to 249.99 € / 488.94 BGN;
• 11.00 € / 21.51 BGN per tire when purchasing a tire priced from 250 € / 488.96 BGN to 399.99 € / 782.31 BGN;
• 15.50 € / 30.32 BGN per tire when purchasing a tire priced above 400 € / 782.33 BGN.
